Applicable security signals can be reviewed against the enrolled device and service scope. Confirmed material events follow the communication process described in the Trust Center.

Essentials: managed endpoint protection / EDR and automatic supported software updates, plus the plan's help-desk allowance.
Standard: adds 24/7 automated health and security signals, proactive tuning and monthly device-health visibility.
Premium: adds advanced endpoint policies, security-control reporting and recurring technology planning.
Important security limits
No endpoint tool can guarantee that every malicious action, outage or data-loss event will be prevented. Terviqon does not claim that a plan alone certifies HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2 or another framework.
Network equipment, mobile devices, specialized systems and broader compliance projects require separate review and written scope.

Endpoint security questions
Is the endpoint-protection license included?
Yes. A Terviqon-managed antivirus / EDR license is included for each enrolled compatible device. Other subscriptions such as Microsoft 365 and additional backup storage are separate.
Does Terviqon replace every existing security product?
Not automatically. Existing tools and requirements are reviewed for compatibility, overlap and transition needs before activation.
Will this make the business compliant?
No single endpoint service creates regulatory certification. Terviqon can document controls included in the contracted scope but does not promise certification.
