How Terviqon collects, uses, protects and retains information connected with this website and its managed IT services.

Terviqon controls personal information submitted through this website and the business records created when a prospective or active customer communicates with us. Privacy requests may be sent to contact@terviqon.com or made by phone at (725) 895-3473.
Information we collect
The contact form and plan configurator may collect the visitor's name, company, business email, phone number, preferred language and contact method, device quantities by plan, optional-service selections, company website, business type, city, state, ZIP code, desired start timing and message. A street address is optional at the inquiry stage. During a customer relationship, Terviqon may also maintain authorized contact details, contracts, invoices, support tickets, device inventory, service activity and security or health telemetry from enrolled systems.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, prepare service recommendations, onboard authorized devices, deliver support, administer contracts and billing, protect accounts, investigate security events, maintain service records and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Terviqon does not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Website technology
The website uses locally hosted fonts and essential browser storage for language and interface preferences. The plan configurator also stores an incomplete configuration locally on the visitor's device so progress can be restored; this data is sent only when the visitor submits the request. The site does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. Cloudflare provides website delivery, security and technical request logging; FormSubmit processes submitted contact forms and plan requests and delivers them to Terviqon by email.
Service providers and international access
Authorized personnel and service providers may process information from the United States, India, Spain and Brazil when required to provide support, endpoint operations, client communication or account administration. Access is limited by role, confidentiality obligations and the service purpose. RMM, endpoint-security, backup and ticketing vendors applicable to a customer are disclosed before activation or in the applicable service documentation.
Retention
Unconverted sales inquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Contracts, invoices and material account records are retained for seven years after the customer relationship ends. Support records and active-system service telemetry are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by the selected service or law. After termination, customer data in active service systems is scheduled for deletion within 30 days and residual protected backups within 90 days, subject to legal holds and provider-level retention cycles.
Security
Terviqon uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including role-based access, unique accounts, multi-factor authentication where supported, encrypted transport and access logging where provided by the platform. No website or technology service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
A person may request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry, object to nonessential communications or ask a privacy question by contacting Terviqon. Requests are verified before action and may be limited where retention is required for security, contract, tax or legal purposes.
Children and sensitive information
The website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, medical records, government identifiers or other highly sensitive information through the public contact form.
Changes
This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
