The rules that govern use of the Terviqon website, calculator, demonstrations and downloadable materials.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These website terms are separate from the Managed IT Service Agreement that governs paid services.
Pricing and service information
Public prices, plan comparisons and the calculator describe Terviqon's standard offers. Paid service starts only after an Order Summary is accepted. The applicable Managed IT Service Agreement, Plan Schedule and Order Summary control scope, device count, onboarding, response targets, fees and exclusions.
Demonstration and sample records
The client portal demonstration, reports, invoices, business name, addresses, payment details and operational metrics are fictional. They illustrate product capability and are not evidence of a real customer, guaranteed result, compliance certification, tax record or payment transaction.
Acceptable use
You may browse the site and evaluate its public materials for legitimate business purposes. You may not disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, probe, bypass security, introduce malware, impersonate another person, reverse engineer restricted components or attempt unauthorized access to the site, demo or related systems.
Intellectual property
Terviqon owns or licenses the brand, copy, interface, code, graphics, reports and other original materials on the site. Limited viewing and downloading for internal evaluation is permitted; republication, resale, removal of notices or creation of misleading derivative materials is not.
Third-party services
Links and integrations may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Terviqon is not responsible for third-party availability, content or actions outside its control.
No warranty
The website and demonstration are provided as available for information and evaluation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terviqon disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. No technology service eliminates every outage, threat or data-loss risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terviqon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or lost-profit damages arising from website use. Terviqon's aggregate liability for a website-only claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Limits that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Terviqon against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms or infringement caused by content you submit, except to the extent caused by Terviqon's own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and venue
These website terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for a website-related dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.
Language
The English version controls if a translated website term differs from the English version. Spanish and Portuguese versions are provided for accessibility and convenience.
