Remote access
Remote sessions are tied to an active support request, approved maintenance or a documented security event. Technician access uses individual identities, multi-factor authentication where supported and platform activity logs.
OPERATIONAL TRUST
Terviqon supports U.S. businesses of every type and size, from one managed device to larger and multi-location environments. Larger or more complex environments receive a scope review so coverage, responsibilities and pricing remain clear.
Remote sessions are tied to an active support request, approved maintenance or a documented security event. Technician access uses individual identities, multi-factor authentication where supported and platform activity logs.
Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel and the minimum level needed for the task. Standing access is reviewed, temporary access is removed and departures trigger prompt access revocation.
Customer information is used only to deliver, secure and administer the contracted service. Terviqon does not sell customer data or use service telemetry for third-party advertising.
Suspected events are triaged, contained within the contracted scope and documented. A confirmed material compromise of Customer Data is communicated without unreasonable delay and within 72 hours after confirmation, unless law or an active investigation requires a delay.
After final payment, management agents are removed and available customer documentation is delivered. Active-system customer data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days and residual protected backups within 90 days, subject to legal retention.
Terviqon supports security controls but does not claim that a plan certifies HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2 or another framework. No provider can guarantee that every attack, outage or data-loss event will be prevented.
Website providers currently include Cloudflare for delivery and security and FormSubmit for contact-form delivery. Customer-specific RMM, endpoint-security, backup and ticketing platforms are disclosed before activation. Security concerns may be reported to contact@terviqon.com with the subject 'Security'.
This capability is recorded against the covered device so the owner can see status, action and outcome.
The operating boundary is stated in the plan schedule, keeping routine service predictable and projects separate.
The result appears in the client view or service record instead of remaining an invisible technical task.
Remote-first coverage is available nationwide for small and family-owned organizations that depend on everyday computers, including restaurants, pharmacies, salons, gyms, offices, retail, hospitality, professional services, studios, clinics and nonprofit teams.
