REMOTE IT SUPPORT FOR U.S. BUSINESSES

Remote IT support that gets employees moving again.

Terviqon gives employees a defined place to request help with enrolled Windows PCs, Macs and servers—without waiting for an informal technician search each time something goes wrong.

BUSINESS HELP DESK

Everyday computer problems handled through one accountable workflow.

Requests arrive by email or ticket, are triaged against the enrolled device and stay attached to a service record. That makes ownership and next steps clearer for the user and the business owner.

DIAGNOSE

Slowness, errors and unexpected behavior

A technician reviews the reported symptom, relevant device information and available management signals before defining the next action.

ASSIST

Login, access and supported software help

Routine assistance includes login and access guidance, supported application problems and simple installation or configuration on an enrolled device.

FOLLOW THROUGH

A visible request instead of a loose message

Email and ticket support keep the issue, response and outcome connected. Standard and Premium customers can also see applicable service information in the client portal.

How much support is included?

Essentials: 10 remote-support hours per customer account each month, pooled across enrolled devices and recorded in 15-minute increments.

Standard and Premium: unlimited routine help desk Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern. Automated monitoring may operate 24/7, but the human help desk does not.

What is quoted separately?

Migrations, large projects, training, on-site work, unsupported systems, network and printer work, major changes and after-hours assistance are outside routine help desk coverage.

Terviqon explains the additional scope and requests written approval before billable work begins.

CLEAR ANSWERS BEFORE CONTACT

Remote help desk questions

Can employees call for every issue?

The standard workflow is email or ticket so the request can be tracked. The initial sales conversation can happen by email, SMS, video or phone; ongoing support follows the contracted service process.

Does unlimited mean every type of IT work?

No. On Standard and Premium it means routine remote assistance for enrolled devices during published business hours. Projects and separately scoped work are excluded.

What if the problem cannot be solved remotely?

Terviqon explains the next practical step. On-site work is available only where dispatch is practical and after rate, minimum and travel are approved in writing.
